Delivery is digital and instant. After payment is confirmed, the product link appears under "Your purchases" when you log in. Please check your account within a few minutes of paying.
Once access to a digital product is given, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Write to us within 7 days if: money was deducted but you did not get access; you were charged twice for the same product; or the link does not work and we cannot fix it. We will check and, where valid, give access again or refund to the original payment method (usually 5-7 working days).
